The resultant strain upon one’s own well being affects work performance, work life balance, emotional health, and overall life satisfaction.

I work with my clients to bring consciousness back into the body, ground them in their physicality and support the development of a resilient mindset so they can show up beautifully as themselves both at work and in life. I use simple techniques such as breath, mindfulness, emotional and physical self-care activities, and habit hints to help them re-balance and bring them back to living a fulfilling life.
