The importance of a consistent morning routine can not be underestimated! A morning routine sets the tone for the entire day and has the ability to set you up for calm, well-being and a sense of purpose for hours to come. It hast he potential to give the physical, emotional and mental bodies a chance to ground, connect, and energize.

Take a second to look at your life, your health, your relationships. What if your morning routine impacted each area of your life? Would you consider tweaking them to strengthen a weak area? I’m here to tell you that your morning routine DOES have an impact on every area of your life. Don’t take my word for it, prove it to yourself. My Top 3 Morning Mindful Routines:

  • 2 minutes of dance or stretch to Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy by Bette Midler
  • 10 minutes journaling my desires and action steps of the day
  • Splashing my face with cold water repeating the words, ease, flow, fun, excited, abundant, satisfied

I do these three routines every single day without fail- even when I don’t want to! They are my non-negotiable and they have changed my life. Weird right? They are so simple. Yup that’s the key. Simple. Mindful. On Purpose. They never fail to set me up to handle whatever comes at me during my day. They have become my best friends. So how about it?
