My Self

I live in a log cabin in the woods of Maine with my teenage son, my dog Rooney and The Cat Noot. I love to laugh and feel most comfortable in nature. I believe in the power of habits and a solid night’s sleep. I believe in women thriving in mid-life. I believe in alignment, vibration, and taking inspired action. I have a long standing passion for investing in personal development and a continued goal for living with what feels good. I am slowly ending my amazing 20 year career as a massage therapist as I follow my heart to what’s next. When I’m not working you can find me mountain biking, skiing, reading or taking online courses.

My Motivation

I have not always been so clear on who I am. My early 40’s was a low time. I was a mother, a wife, a business owner, a caregiver for my mother, unhappy and disconnected. Unhealthy habits were running my life and it became challenging to make good decisions, practice self-care and feel connected to my greater self and purpose. I had lost my passion and was living in a life that felt gray.

Today I am in love with my life. My 20 year career path in wellness has evolved into being a catalyst and a guide to helping people feel better and I love what I do! My Work

Changing habits changes lives is my philosophy. My coaching style is holistic, curious and direct. My friends call me authentic, focused and inspiring. It has been said that the smallest change in perspective can change lives. I believe that every woman in mid-life can change her perspective, live more in line with what really matters and be the champion of her own health, wellbeing, and joy. I work with people to guide them in changing the habit of their thoughts to expand their life.
